MRPT offers a one-to-one training service, that will allow you to achieve your goals and improve your well-being. Your trainer will organise a training plan to suit your needs based around your lifestyle and individual requirements.
The main goal of the trainer is to motivate you and make your training interesting, varied and fun, everyone should be able to exercise no matter what state your in. You will be given regular health checks to ensure steady progression and your results will be discussed so you see your progress.
Getting results isn't dependent on what you do when you are with your trainer but also what goes on when they are not there! That is why your PT will give you dietary advice and together you will review your current lifestyle and make simple effective changes that will help you to be the person you've always wanted to be.
Whether you have never exercised a day in your life or are a competitive athlete personal training can offer something to you. A personal trainer can help you to improve performance and general fitness, whether you are wanting to run further, get stronger or just play with the grandchildren.

If you are interested your next step is to book in for your initial consultation.
This will include the following:
o Weight/Height - basic measurements for body proportions. o Blood Pressure/Resting Heart Rate - monitoring of heart health and fitness. o Peak Flow - measures the power of the lungs. o Body Fat Percentage - breakdown of total weight into fat weight and lean (muscle) weight. o Anthropometric Measurements - body shape and size through girth measurements. o Strength - two tests which incorporates upper body and abdominal strength/endurance. o Flexibility & Movement Screens - assessment of muscular and joint flexibility and range of motion o Lifestyle Discussion - chat about diet, exercise, alcohol intake, sleep patterns and available time.
During the initial consultation your training goals will be established based upon your results and individual circumstances. Then its up to you! Once you've had the initial meeting you can then book in for further sessions but there is no obligation.
