Through effective coaching and questioning techniques we will establish the right course of action for your body, this coaching programme will improve your quality of life and help you get to the root of health issues that may be holding you back and stopping you from being what you want to be!

You will learn how to eat the right foods in the correct ratios for your metabolic type, giving you a personalised diet plan that will allow you to achieve optimum vitality and success. Not just another kcal orientated diet plan full of numbers and graphs.
What is Metabolic Typing (MT)?
Most of the general public are confused about what to eat and what not to eat! They read drastically conflicting advice, one week its eat this, then the next week its don't eat that. The reason for this is that:
"We are all different!"
Everyone knows someone that can eat whatever they want and stay in shape. Cutting edge research shows that no single diet works well for everyone. The same foods that keeps one person thin may keep you overweight, unhealthy and fatigued.
MT is much more precise and flexible than other eating programmes. You will discover what sort of foods suit your body and work best for you. Remember everyone is different, MT might uncover that a low fat high carb diet based on grains and pasta is good for you or that a high protein and fat diet based on meat and seafood suits you best, or you could fall anywhere in between.

How long will i need coaching for?
The job of the nutrition and lifestyle coach is to educate you, giving you the knowledge to make your own decisions and keep yourself in shape. The outline of the nutrition and lifestyle coaching course is as follows:
- You complete the in-depth questionnaires, focussing on: 1. you are what you eat, 2. stress, 3. sleep/wake cycles, 4. digestion, 5. fungus & parasites and 6. you are when you eat. These must be returned by hand or via post.
- Session 1: Metabolic Typing & Questionnaire Results - meal plans, effects of MT and what to expect.
- Session 2: You are what you eat; cleaning up the diet; quality of food, food choices, cooking methods and ways of lowering toxicity for optimal health.
- Session 3: Stress; sleep/wake cycles, hormonal balance, nervous system and ways to reduce stress.
- Session 4: You are when you eat; digestive health, ways to improve and optimise digestion.
